I love teaching culinary arts. I have been in the foodservice business for over 35 years teaching in a Community College for 12 of those years. I love to find high-quality food products for the students and showcase them in dishes pleasing to the eye as well as the palate. There is such beauty in a properly executed dish served to a guest who is important to you. The best part of teaching is when a student makes a recipe they have never made before. To watch their face light up with joy at what they have accomplished is so worth the time invested for both of us.
