What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It depends on the lesson type however, all students start off with the following:
An interview (pre-lesson)
An audit of skill set and work ethic (pre-lesson)
10 week lesson plan and rubric (based on quarter system) which includes sight reading, sight singing and kinestetic learning.
Bi-weekly assesments
Quartely report and quarterly assesment
1 professional environment work study (concert, recording studio, etc...)
