Love everything about Storm! I train powerlifting with a trainer and take kickboxing classes with the coaches. They are all awesome! The owner really has high standards and it shows throughout the gym. It is CLEAN, beautiful and has the BEST equipment! My 8 year old also trains jujitsu on the kids team. They really work hard at having well rounded athletes. He has really blossomed during speed and agility classes.

I've been training in Jiu Jitsu for 18 years and I've been Russ Miura's student for over 10. Submissions are like Destinations on a map, and there are many Destinations on maps. Instructors are like maps. Maps have a lot of Information. It's up to you to figure out the best route for your specific Destination. This is truly a life enhancing experience. I walked in as a curious 29 year old not knowing much about martial arts, and not the most confident about my abilities to protect myself and family from extreme circumstances. Regardless of if a threat was ever going to happen; I felt that I needed to be ready for it. Master Mike has been key to my learning and development. His ability to teach and transfer his knowledge surpasses many of the coaches I have had during my professional basketball career. My only regret is that I didn’t join earlier in my life. I walk in dark alleys confident that I’m ready for anything. When people walk behind me, I’m prepared for anything. And this allows me to be calmer and more grounded. No wild thoughts enter my head. No impractical worries take space in the sanctuary of my mind. I’m in the warmth and solace of my abilities and find calmness and confidence because of all my lessons in martial arts. I recommend this to any and everyone.
