About
My name is David Kendal and I'm a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance of Canada, I completed a 280 hr Yoga training, and have been teaching for the last 7 years.
I use my Hatha based yoga sequences and instruction to help others feel happy, healthy, and confident in their own body.
I incorporate a mixture of yoga, stretching, and mediation into my sessions for a rejuvenating and empowering experience. I also enjoy incorporating some positivity and mindfulness into my teachings. I will tailor your sessions to your specific needs, desires, and fitness goals. I mostly work with introductory - intermediate levels of experience in yoga.
Im located in Palm Desert, in the El Paseo area, up the mountain. I’m happy to teach you here, in my large outdoor space, or for your convenience, I can travel to your location, assuming you have a suitable space to practice. I will travel as far as Palm Springs area as well.
