My name is Natsumi and I am a singer-songwriter and pianist. Music has always been my biggest passion and it inspires me in so many ways. I believe that learning music is supposed to be fun and good education will grow our musicality. And I would love to share my knowledge and learn music with my students, but also grow together as a person and an artist. I teach voice lessons with mordern music and entry level piano lessons.
I recently graduaded from a university with a degree of a Bachelor of Commercial Music with Vocal Performance. I have done some projects with music producers and recetly did a backing vocal for a record for G'Day USA Awards Gala. I am also working as a singer and keyboardist in three bands in Los Angeles.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I definitely focus on communicating with my students and find out what level they are on and what their goals are. And we learn together slowy, and also learn some fundamentals of music as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of vocal training with my professional vocal coaches, including Steven Memel who taught Adam Levine, Sara Bareilles and more. I also had taken piano lessons for years.

I offer vocal lessons and entry level piano lessons.
$45 for 1 hour voice lessons.
$40 for 1 hour piano lessons.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I believe that it is important to find a right teacher for you and I would love to give a trial lesson as well to see if you like to continue learning together.
