Marcia Battat Piano Lessons

Teaching piano for 40 years instructing children of all ages and adults at all levels of ability including beginners. Taught students in New York and in California since 1975. Accompanied Ballet Classes in New York City and have accompanied violinists and participated in Chamber Music Ensembles. Studied piano with concert pianist Ruth Slenczynska in New York City.

It is very rewarding to see a student make progress in their musical studies and gain the self confidence and achieve self esteem in having opportunities for performance throughout the year. It is rewarding to give students training in playing duets, become a better sight reader and just enjoy the music they enjoy playing.
