El Shaddai GM Luke's Huk Hu Gung FU
About
I Teach students self discipline, self confidence, and self defense. I am for the people to have the ability to protect themselves when needed and to be sucsessful in all aspects of their lives with self confidince and learning a sense of self acomplishments. I select students that show a deep interest and passion to stay with the system. I teach students from 8 years old to 80 years old. It is a very traditional style that requires not strenghth but confidence, speed, and accuracy to defend againsnst an attacker.
I had training from the following:

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look at the school, classes, and other students as well as interactione between instructor and students. Do they just show the movements? Do they just tell you how to move? Do they explain why and what you are blocking or striking? Juist learning forms and not knowing the application is the same as a performer or dancer. You should be able to apply the movements as well.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How long is the course? What are the requirements to be a successful martial artist? Am I done once I acheive a Black Belt?
