I've been training for the majority of my life and I have used what I know in real situations. I love the fluid mobility that training gives you, and coupled with chi gung, you can enjoy movements that I imagine only athletes enjoy. I love the fact that almost anyone can benefit from this. Depending on the level of commitment someone dedicates. You can learn to use your own body the way it was meant to be used. Fluidity, coordination, and power that can only be achieved through practiced training.
