I have been working with Kareem Collins as my personal trainer for over 12 years.
I am almost 70 years old and lead an active life style. I ski about 30 days a year, play golf, hike, and bicycle. I have had both knees replaced, the left one in April of last year and the right one 12 years ago, shortly after I began training with Kareem.
