Inoshi is an excellent instructor. I look forward to going to the class each week.
Charles is an amazing trainer, he knows the intricacies of the musculoskeletal system and how it coordinates with different exercises with different weights. He’s not a trainer that will leave you to your own devices and give you an exercise to do and that’s it. Charles takes the time and the focus to place it on your through every rep and movement, he guides you on the focusing of the particular muscle being worked to achieve the highest quality of work done.
The first thing I love about working with Drew is that he’s super patient. I don’t feel like he ever gets frustrated with me during our training sessions being that I’m a newbie. I also love that he challenges me and pushes me and I always end the session feeling like I’ve grown a little and learned something new. He’s helping me to build confidence in my technique, I can see my growth, and always feel like I get a great workout. I feel like I get challenged physically and mentally working with Drew . He’s also an all around good guy . I’ll definitely be training with him for the long haul as I know that my time and money are going to the kind of workouts you get results from.
Here is my testimonial for your website...it's kinda long!!
My motive to begin training was really about being in the right place at the right time. When I was in my early 20's a new gym named CanDo opened in my hometown. They offered a Tae Kwon Do program and my cousin asked me to join with him. I was very interested because when I was 10 years old I studied Karate for 1 year but stopped for some reason and now was my chance to get back into it. Little did I know that I would train and earn my first degree Black Belt there with the best teacher I've ever known!
The benefits that I received were many. Master Smyer's instruction style created an atmosphere that enabled me to build up my endurance, get stronger both physically and mentally, to persevere, and most of all, to be patient. Master Smyer was a role model not just a teacher. His display of patience with students of any age was truly inspiring.
My overall experience was that this was a time in my life that I will never forget. I trained at CanDo for 6 years, which turns out to be most of my 20's, but then I moved to another state so I had to end my time in this program. I was in the best shape of my life, I wasn't afraid to challenge myself, and I learned that anything was possible. I will always have a love for Master Smyer and how me helped me become the person I am today. He will always be a prominent figure in my life!

The instructor (Sensei John) really teaches good technique. He's patient and really understands how to teach. Some instructors I have gone to in the past were good but they had difficulty in actually teaching. Instructing seems to come natural to Sensei John.
