We teach authentic Chinese Martial Arts, with a focus on Bajiquan 八極拳, the “Eight Extreme Fist”. Bajiquan is an ancient style of northern Chinese kungfu style that is known for its explosive power expression and the famous elbow strike, DingXinZou. Bajiquan is one of the few traditional CMA styles that is offensive oriented. Perfect for modern combat, self-defense and because of its Traditional CMA traits, it cultivates one’s body and mind.

I been active in the martial arts for over 40 Years. I teach Shotokan Karate, as well as FMA.

Salutations, my name is Instructor Vincent. Benitez and I teach Jeet Kune Do in Rochelle Park, NJ at the Knights of Columbus. I have over 15 years experience, training under Sifu Richard Torres who was a student of Ted Wong (a Bruce Lee student). We train every Wednesday at 7pm. We focus on the self-defense aspect of Bruce Lee's martial art. It is simple, direct, and non-classical. I would like to invite you to join us for training and gain insight to protecting yourself.

I have been a practitioner and teacher for 45 years. I was also a seminar leader at China's "Women in Daoism" conference in 2011 and presented my work with senior citizens at the 2009 International Tai Chi Symposium in Nashville, Tennessee. I have received numerous foundation grants for my work with senior citizens and in community mental health programs. Since I have received so many benefits from my Tai Chi practice, I enjoy sharing what I have learned.
