I offer training in practical real world self defense. I am a 3rd degree instructor and Sifu in Wing Tsun Kung Fu. I have been teaching traditional Wing Chun and close quarters combat for 10 years in the Dallas area. We provide instruction in traditional northern praying mantis kung fu. My curriculum includes qi gong, stretching, weapons defense, knife techniques, and fighting multiple assailants. I enjoy giving people the tools to protect themselves. I provide instruction for all ages both children and adults. My curriculum is useful in real life situations. It provides health benefits, and confidence knowing you are able to defend yourself and protect others.

Our methodology in passing on the art is done in a building block process that helps the student develop a high level of skilled instinctual response to their natural flinch response. Everything you learn will be built off of past learned techniques. You will always feel ready to take on you next challenge within the learning process.
