Passionate Yoga Instructor who started practicing after a back injury warrented surgery. After Yoga staved off back surgery owner became a teacher then bought her own studio to carry on the healing benefits and educate others. Owner , Ann Marie has been practicing for 14 years, teaching for 7 years and owned business for 6 years. Ann Marie is certified in Bikram, and Yin Yoga and completed Inferno Hot Pilates training. Ann Marie is also a Registered Dental Hygienist and still practices Hygiene 1-2 days / week.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons-1 person - $100/hr in studio -additional if travel is required.
Group private lessons - $100 for 1 person and $20 each additional person / hr. - Additional if travel is required.
My studio rates: $20 Drop in for 1 hr or 90 min class in studio with other students.
How did you get started teaching?
Practicing staved off back surgery and gave me my life back so it was natural to want to spread the word and help others. Teaching helps me reach the masses.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from optimum health to work on prevention , to injured students who are healing their bodies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Volunteering to teach yoga to a group of golfers who came out to support St. Jude's Children's Hospital annual fund raising golf event.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Interview instructors. Choose someone that you are comfortable with that you can trust to meet your goals. Be clear about what your goals are.
