I’m a Plant-Based Chef/Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner that believes in using food as medicine. After living with chronic pain for over 20 years, I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. The treatments weren’t working, and my next step was chemotherapy. I refused this harsh treatment, and turned to nature instead. Just 30 days after going vegan, I reversed my symptoms, balanced my hormones and lost 40 lbs. Now I want to share this with everyone! As a Certified Health and Wellness Practitioner, I work with my clients to create a meal plan specific to their goals and health needs. I offer cooking classes to teach you tips and tricks, as well and refrigerater/pantry cleansing. Going plant-based can be off putting to some people, but not to worry! I take all the delicious meals we know and love and veganize them! Not only is this lifestyle incredibly beneficial for your health, but it’s delicious too! I’m so passionate about sharing this knowledge, I stared doing live videos on Facebook. You can check out my website for recipes, challenges, videos, and my services.
