Kari Krafft Violin
About
I have over 10 years of private teaching experience and have worked for multiple studios over the years.
I maintain a studio of around 20 students. I also have experience in running lessons programs with over 100 students in them.
In addition to weekly private lessons, you will also get 2 formal performances per year and monthly studio classes (as long as there is enough interest).
I love teaching so much. Seeing a student succeed is the greatest reward for me. I love to see students fall in love with music and become passionate about what they are doing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know my students first. I make sure that we go slow enough that they understand everything that I am talking about, but fast enough that they are seeing improvements. I'm very good at building my students' techniques. I can identify problems that they are having very easily and fix them quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor's and master's degrees in Violin Performance from Butler University and the University of Oklahoma, respectively. While in my master's degree, I studied violin with one of the best violin pedagogues in the country, and I learned a lot of my teaching skills from him.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons are $60 per hour or $30 per half hour.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with students of all ages and levels, from 5 years old to adults!
