My services are set to build a strong healthy body with the foundation of strong healthy heart and lungs. Endurance is my forte having served in an infantry unit as a medical provider I understand what the body and mind need to be able to meet and achieve any physical goal. I have now been involved in fitness training for 15yrs and currently work with the City of Los Angeles to provide services at local parks to under privileged communities. I am a recent certified Yoga instructor and I'm in love with it. It provides an incredible balance to my life and fitness training which I have been searching for. I have been teaching for 14 yrs not only fitness but I also taught medical training to many Marines, Sailors, and civilians at a privately own technical college for medical assisting. Teaching is my strong point and calling.

What I enjoy the most about what I do is two fold. One is watching people transform and reach physical goals they have never reached before. People light up when they are able to do soemthing challenging for the first time especially if they have tried time ad time again before. The second part is when they realize they are carrying over the lessons learned into other aspects f their lives. Mental toughness and perserverance are the weapons of the everyday human.

I meet you where you are. Getting to know you and what you have going on in life is a good way to determine where you are physically and mentally but we need to see what you can actually do as well. A little Q&A and then we start working to find what your baseline or foundation is going to be. Once we know then we can talk about your goals and how we can get you there.
Standard rate of $70 per session (1-1.5hr) one on one
Package deals are available for one on two and/or for multiple sessions bought at one time just ask.
Group training rate depends on group numbers. Minimum group size is 3 with a base rate of $45 no matter size of group. Per person rate drops to minimum of $15 per person for groups larger than 8.
Base rate always applys. Cost for training due at end of negotiation prior to date of session. Group training for classes base rate due at end negotiation.
Being a troop leader physical fitness was a daily mandatory evolution. Then I began teaching medical classes for troops in which they learned to perform actual life saving procedures. I've taught thousands of people classes on various medical, health, and fitness lessons all with practical physical applications.
