We have been taking care of the Pasadena area for over 10 years now. Our unique approach to health, happiness, and peace utilizes the latest findings about the gut brain, neuroplasticity, and energy. We combine stretching, strengthening, joint health, intestine health, breathing, meditation, relaxation, taichi & kigong into our classes. All experience levels are welcome here.
I get to love people and help people love themselves, and work on myself on a daily basis. I enjoy seeing peoples consciousness change.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk about your interests, background, and health condition. Then I check basic flexibility, balance, mind/body coordination, breathing, organ condition, and energy flow. I also walk you through the basic exercises of our training so you can feel the benefits right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of practice, and 6 years of full time trainer experience.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with ages 6 to 87. People with back pain, depression, anxiety, digestion problems, replaced hips/knees, arthritis, chronic disease/pain, etc. Everyone wants either more health, happiness, or peace.
