I am a personal yoga teacher for women over 40. My clients meet with me virtually on zoom. We work at their fitness level to increase flexibility, work on their fitness goals, and dissolve stress and muscle tension with breath and movement. Pili Bailey is an experienced yoga teacher with a Masters in Chemistry. She uses her chemistry knowledge as an aromatherapist to help her clients reduce anxiety, stress, and inflammation using essential oils in combination with their personal yoga training. Pili has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is a certified yoga teacher with training in Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. She works with her clients from a trauma-informed perspective always empowering her clients to know that they are in control of their own body and always helping them to work safely and with proper alignment.
