I have been teaching for over 15 years with students ranging from 5-yr-old beginners to high school students aiming for music conservatory to adult seniors just playing for fun. Having performed around the world in venues like Carnegie Hall and written a critically acclaimed book on music performance & practice, I can help you become a better musician and performer no matter what stage you're at currently!

I focus on proper technique learned through standard classical repertoire (not just exercises!), while also ensuring the student understands how and why things work on the instrument so that you can practice with confidence on your own.

Every student also learns basic music theory and can participate in small recitals playing together with piano.
