Singing Teacher. Technique For All Styles.

Hi, I'm Courtney, a professional Opera performer with 5 years training and 9 years experience in the industry. I have a thorough grounding in vocal technique and can teach beginners, amateurs or professionals and students of all levels and ages. I completely understand that singing can be nerve wracking for some - I've been there myself, but I love helping people gain confidence and an understanding of their voice! Remember that it's rarely a 'gift' as many people say, but something that people have worked on, and anyone can improve their voice through work.

I have experience performing cabaret, jazz, classical, opera, music theatre, folk and pop and can help you with the repertoire of your choice.

If studying classical or opera, I have a good grounding in French, German, Italian and Russian and can help with text translations, interpretation as well as repertoire choice.

I teach from my home in Sacramento, but can travel to you, time permitting. Lessons at students' places will have an additional $10 per lesson cost.
