I conduct tutorials in the comfort of your own home.....To improve customer service 4 years ago I decided to make myself available in my clients homes. The idea of being in a classroom/kitchen just didnt seem practical, many of my clients prefered to have friends and or family members over in a more private setting . Professionally I have been a residential chef/manny for 17 years.
My experience serving my clients has exposed them to specific dietary and culinary choices similar to a visit in a resturant ,,, often I am asked to conduct tutorials ie; cooking demonstrations enhancing my clients ability not only to host/entertain but educate themselves in the comfort of their own home.
I have a deep appreciation and passion for food , how it is prepared and the connection I make with others through a culinary experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It starts with a brief phone conversation or a formal interview at a selected venue. I really want to get to know my clients and students ,your expectations and experience is as it pertains to cooking.
