Hi, I’m Julie! I’m a passionate music educator and accomplished pianist, and I’ve been teaching piano privately since 2016. I love working with students of all ages, from beginners to advanced musicians, and I tailor my lessons to fit each student’s unique needs. My focus spans various genres, including classical and jazz, and I emphasize important skills like music theory, technique, and performance.
What sets my teaching apart is my warm and encouraging style. I believe in creating a positive environment where students feel inspired to explore their musical talents. I also have extensive experience volunteering in senior living facilities and hospice care, where I share the joy of music with residents.
I taught music composition and jazz harmony at the college. Currently, I’m the main keyboardist at the Church, where I’ve been part of the worship team for over three years. I’m excited to help my students develop a lifelong love for music!
