Henry N. Allain, BA in Music Education (Piano) Founder and director of RVPiano Studio.

I am a board member in good standing of the Music Teacher’s Association of California and has 50 years of teaching experience. My studies include conducting at USC and marching band choreography at the University of Connecticut.

For 18 years I traveled the US and Canada for the Baldwin Piano and Organ Co. as Church Organ Consultant installing organs and conducting workshops and recitals. I have several years of pipe organ training and have served churches as organist throughout the years.

I have 47 years experience singing in Chorales including The Pacific Chorale (presently a member), The LA Philharmonic Chorale, The Denver Symphony Chorus among others. Several of my students have been with me more than 6 years and win honors at piano competitions. They are selected to accompany their school choral groups due to their sight reading skills.

Those who participate in the MTAC Certificate of Merit examinations pass with high grades. Supplemental theory classes are offered as well as access to online theory training.
