About
I have a great amount of experience in coaching kids through private lessons and academies. I also have spent the past two years as a collegiate tennis coach (American River College and Fresno Pacific University).
I enjoy seeing the improvements in tennis ability my students are able to progressively see themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I like to focus on finding their stregeths and weaknesses. It is very important that the student enjoys the lesson as well as continues to improve on their tennis skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had professional lessons from Brad Stine since I was 16. Brad Stine has worked with various professional players such as American legend Jim Courier and is now coaching South American Kevin Anderson.
I have also been active in the tennis community and tennis clubs in Fresno and Sacramento, California; as well as in Phoenix, Arizona.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching tennis six years ago. I love the game of tennis and teaching others what I have learned from other tennis professionals. Although I am teaching, I am always learning and finding new ways to improve myself too.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have mostly worked with kids starting at the age of 5 to the age of 17. I have also been hitting partners and match play partners with adults from ages 18-40.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always have an open mind in learning. Tennis is about molding your tennis game into your style of play. Understanding that makes it easier to focus on what you want to improve. If not, that can be figured out during the lesson.
