Bronson Piano Studio
About
My husband & I are highly qualified piano instructors. We have a solid record of introducing young people to a wide variety of music -- not only classical, but also jazz rags and blues. Our goal is to bring out the best in them and help them stand on their own two feet.
We train them to understand every aspect of music, so that when they are 18 and off to college they can pick up any piece of music and teach it to themselves.
Our principal joy in life is watching young students grow and develop skills that foster confidence and pride in their achievements.
Thanks to growth of social networking during the past decade we enjoy maintaining contact with our former students.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In a pre-lesson interview we do everything possible to make the student and parents comfortable with us in our home studio environment.
In the beginning lessons we match instruction materials to the student's needs and start making music -- so that students begin to read and understand music right from the first lesson.
We want to make sure that when the lesson is over, the student understands what is required to complete the assignment.

Renée Bronson, B.Mus. California State University Fullerton, CA. She has been a faculty member of Monterey Peninsula College and Hartnell College in Salinas.
