Hello, I am happy to teach swimming and water fittness to all ages. 10 years of teaching swimming and water fittness through the YMCA. I am currently certified through the Red Cross as a water safety instructor. I myself am a wheelchair athlete who enjoys all things triathalon. 2 time parathriathalon Ironman 70.3 champion. Degree from Ball State University with an emphasis on adaptive physical education. Let me help you reach your swimming and fitness goals.
I love helping students gain conference and reach your goals in the water. Swimming is a lifetime of health and mobility.

How did you get started teaching?
I started with my children. Found a love of teaching and worked with the Y in Ohio and Washington state.
