Over 40 years experience and training in Wing Chun kung fu. Specializing in "dynamic tension" internal power training.
Our training is balanced, intense, and extremely uplifting and rewarding. Instruction is taught in combination with the theories and principles of engineering and physics of the human body during static and dynamic movement.
Minimum age to join = 14 years.
At Wing Chun Dynamics, all instructors have a true spirited desire to help all students become the best they can be in all aspects of training - mind, body, and spirit.
During instruction, our teachers learn as well thus creating a rewarding experience for everyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Provide a free sample group lesson on first visit
2. Upon registration, provide access to free online video tutorials that help the student with additional training information outside of regular group lessons
3. New students are grouped with peers and assigned an instructor who works with them based on their skill level.
4. Testing of beginner skills is implemented and assessed on an ongoing basis to help adjust the lessons accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional engineer with a background in mechanical and structural engineering that lends well to the understanding and explanation of Wing Chun kung fu.

Think and recognize whether or not you are ready to embark on a journey to discover the best person that you can be. Wing Chun training is not just about self-defense. It involves the building and strengthening the whole body - physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
