I am an experienced piano, violin, and viola teacher, and have been running my own studio for almost 20 years. I am a graduate of Mussorgsky School of Music in St. Petersburg, Russia. My lessons are a balance of fun and focus, I teach lifelong skills. Over the last 20 years, I have had over 300 students, some of whom have been accepted at the San Jose Youth Symphony, and many play with school orchestras.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With a new student, I get to know them over musical games and conversation. We start by getting to know the instruments, and gradually introducing music concepts.

I am a graduate of prestigious Mussorgsky College of Music in St. Petersburg, Russia. My major focus was music education.

I arrange annual Recital concerts for my students. These are a major milestone, and are great events for students and parents alike.
