Loren Alonzo

Hi, I’m Loren Alonzo, and I’ve been passionate about music for as long as I can remember! From playing piano as a kid to accompanying choirs and eventually earning my degree in Piano Performance at San Jose State University, music has always been my heart and soul. I’ve had incredible experiences, like touring internationally with an all-female pop/alternative band, "The Like Me's," where I played for thousands and even dabbled in songwriting.

As a teacher with over ten years of experience, I love creating lessons that are as fun as they are inspiring. My style is versatile—I blend classical techniques with modern vibes to keep things fresh and exciting. Students tell me they love how I cater to their style and motivating them while making music approachable and engaging. Whether we’re diving into the classics or jamming out to today’s hits, my goal is to help you find your sound and have a blast doing it!
