What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A phone chat to discuss their goals for their sessions. We determine the cuisine and tools, ingredients and number of portions to build a grocery list and i do all of the shopping.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Graduate, BA in Hospitality, Corporate Chef for an Italian company and an Chef Instructor at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Three hour sessions are typically $180. I shop for the groceries and bring receipts for reimbursement.
What types of students have you worked with?
I enjoy all students in all stages of life and cooking experience. I have had some request nothing but sauces and soups, some baking, but most want to learn skills and techniques they can use over and over again in the kitchen.
