Bill was exactly who I wanted to work with my 7 year old daughter. He engaged her and gave her every opportunity to participate. Whenever she asked to stir, whisk, pour, and read from the recipe, he encouraged her to do so. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our cream puffs that we made.
A phone chat to discuss their goals for their sessions. We determine the cuisine and tools, ingredients and number of portions to build a grocery list and i do all of the shopping.

Three hour sessions are typically $180. I shop for the groceries and bring receipts for reimbursement.
I enjoy all students in all stages of life and cooking experience. I have had some request nothing but sauces and soups, some baking, but most want to learn skills and techniques they can use over and over again in the kitchen.
