We specialize in customized organic, farm-to-table recipes and offer special consideration for people with food allergies, special dietary needs and food related health conditions.
I really enjoy the happiness it brings people when they discover something new or are exposed to things outside of their comfort zone. I've had people remark that "I never thought of eating it like this" or "I didn't know you could prepare it like that". Those are the times when people experience little surprises they didn't expect while working with me; that brings me the most satisfaction.
