About me, I enjoy the inspiration of ideas and sharing my knowledge with other like minded people. Most importantly eating healthy because food is life and life is love.  I've been cooking for over thirty years from NYC to Los Angles and the Bay Area. I've worked with some of the best chefs in the country. I have my own business where we deliver organic meals as well.

I have also worked as an R&D chef for Sunbasket and created over 600 recipes most being customer favorites.

I look forward to teaching so let the class begin!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I take their calls and we work out a plan and rates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Whales University . I have worked in the industry for over 25 years from coast to coast.
