I teach you how to make delicious food that's healthy too. I am an expert in many dietary requirements. Whether you are into raw and living foods, vegan, Paleo, completely carnivorous, or just want to learn to make good food that makes you feel good, I can show you how. I will walk you through the steps and give you tips from my 20 years of cooking experience. I currently offer personal chef and health coaching sessions as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We usually have a 20 minute phone chat to get to know your goals. I map out a plan and provide recipes and review ones that you choose. Then we schedule a session and get cooking. I go to the grocery store for you, you purchase the ingredients and get to keep what we make!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm originally a self taught chef. I learned through 20 years of experimenting. I also took a course and got certified as a raw vegan, living foods lifestyle chef in 2010. I'm also a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda and Holistic Health Mastery Program.

$200 per session which includes menu planning, shopping, and kitchen time
