Eggs by the Bay is a Big Green Egg Platinum Dealer based in Santa Clara, CA, serving Northern California since 2005. The showroom at 965 Shulman Ave is open to the public Thursday through Sunday from 1–5 pm. The business stocks one of the largest selections of Big Green Egg cookers and branded accessories in the country, along with lump charcoals, dry rubs, sauces, cookbooks, and smoking woods. Trained staff with extensive Big Green Egg cooking experience provide informed sales guidance.

Delivery and setup are available on all Big Green Eggs sold. A white-glove delivery service, scheduled Monday through Wednesday, includes complete assembly and a complimentary 30-minute at-home demonstration on fire starting and temperature control. Eggs by the Bay also offers at-home servicing and maintenance, including replacement of gaskets, caps, bands, handles, and shelves, supported by a complete parts department and warranty service.
