About
I am an experienced home cook for 50+ years who started cooking under the tutelage of my mother. Began cooking for my family of 7 at the age of 12 years. I was further educated by my brother who was a graduate of the Culinlary Institute of America who taught me additional skills and techniques.
While I am a home cook, from an early age I developed an eye for both simple and beautiful style presentations. I have entertained large groups preparing soup to nuts menus for birthday parties, engagements, wedding rehersal dinner along with family holidays and outdoor dinning.
In 2014 I published my cookbook, "With Love, Marsha" available on Amazon.com. My recipes are for the home cook by a home cook. I give step by step directions along with pictures and final plating. I always have tons of cooking ideas running around in my head from food items and menus to plating, serving suggestions along with Hints & Tips.
