My name is Will I’ve been playing baseball for 30 years. I played against some of the MLB’s top stars. My approach to training is a simple but effective one. We’ll work on one new thing every lesson. Some of these fundamentals or techniques can make the difference between just okay or all star potential. I started as a catcher and a pitcher when I was little. I hurt my knees unfortunately so I moved to short or center. So I know every position there is to know except 2nd base. I’ll get you in short stop shape anyway.
