Dave Holt Piano And Theory Teacher

I teach Piano, and Music Theory with Musika.com (started in 2014) and at Gill’s Music in Antioch where I have had my music teaching studio since 2018. I currently teach all ages from kindergarten to retirees, approximately 30 students and I organize their performance recitals. I studied at The Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto, Canada: completed courses in Harmony, Music History, Theory, culminating in Piano Performance, Grade X (Honors) from 1953-1968. I have performed and toured with several music acts playing jazz, folk, country, blues and played for original singer-songwriters. I will meet the student at his level and guide the journey from there. Music should bring joy and spiritual upliftment as well as knowledge and accomplishment.
