I have been a chef 👩🍳 since 1989 and lived in Japan, Russia, Eastern Europe, along with the Mediterranean countries it’s amazing being me I love sharing growing and teaching!
I love the fact that I get to empower people to take confidence in providing Nutrtion to themselves and their families. Also it’s exciting to see clients choose health and choose a better quality of living. I love helping changing people’s lives for the best! It’s amazing. I have been all over the world as a chef. It’s key to understand culture and their ecological systems to also bring amazing knowledge of cuisine to our tables! I have several degrees and currently working on 2 PHDS to complete my Nutritional Goals! Great Nutrtion habits start at home! Let’s break bread togethe!

I find out what their needs are : health reasons, new love cooking, new school or meal prep! Then I communicate about what would work for their budget and communicate about organic pros and cons and bringing life into situation! Eating molecularly Sound is eating living foods!
