I’ve been a yoga teacher for 12 years and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I am also a registered Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I currently teach group classes and maintain private yoga clients in North County. I am also a personal trainer (20 years), with specializations in Orthopedic Rehab and Senior Fitness.
