Welcome all! I'm so glad to have you on board. There's experience in several different sports and athleticism and skills were acquired, of course. Basketball and football were continued up to the professional entry level with dedication and devotion. From that passion of all athletics, I will assist you in becoming fundamentally and technically sound through proper training.

I currently coach JV Lacrosse at Petaluma High. Previously, I served as a Freshman Defense Coordinator at Casa Grande High from 2006 to 2008. I also held positions as a U-10/U-14 Lacrosse board member and coach for Sonoma Youth Lacrosse from 2020 to 2021. During my playing career, I participated in Football and Lacrosse at Novato High and the Novato Lacrosse Club from 2003 to 2005. After graduating, I focused solely on Football, playing at SRJC from 2005 to 2006 until a hamstring tear ended my career.
