Two of the major sports, (basketball and football) have always been my passion since childhood. I study and love these sports and instill confidence in those I coach. I am an ex-football player, from Pop-Warner to professional football and a high school football coach. I build skills and work on technique with my players, and instill confidence and good sportsmanship in them. I teach my players how to take care of their bodies and how to build strength. I will do an excellent job because I have knowledge, experience, patience, and I help my players to succeed on the field and in life.

I use nearly 20 years of coaching in fitness and sports performance alongside my experience as a track and field competitor in the Men's Decathlon 1998-2012 I work with individuals who are commiting to their better-self, or at least to that vision.

I have significant experience coaching basketball at the high school level. I also have expand knowledge in coach baseball and football, both of which I played at the high school level.
