Hi my name is Mercy and I love playing the piano! I started playing the piano when I was 5 years old and I really enjoy helping young kids learn to play too! I believe that playing any instrument can be extremely beneficial to a child's development and is a great enrichment opportunity. From my own personal experience learning the piano is a perfect starting point to learn about playing and reading music because once one learns how to play a rhythm and read sheet music you can play almost any instrument! I played the clarinet and the saxophone also!
