My goal is to help students reach their personal goals while keeping their passion for this beautiful instrument alive. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained to help students grow and move forward in their musical journey.

I’ve been a touring musician for eight years and have spent a lot of time refining my playing form to perform in a relaxed and pain-free way. Because every person’s body is different, I enjoy helping students discover what works best for them. Developing a great tone is also a central focus in my teaching, starting with learning to play in a relaxed and natural way.

I’m an active freelance musician, violin teacher, and I also run a bow rehair and restoration business. I play a variety of musical styles and teach skills including reading sheet music, music theory, and improvisation.

I currently teach in person lessons in Ventura, CA, or online. I look forward to supporting you in your musical journey.
