Ojai Violin Studio
About
I have been a professional violinist for the last 35 years and teaching has always been a passion of mine. I believe that my first hand experience as a performer in many different settings helps me to bring a real world perscpective to my students. I am the first violinist of the Ojai String Quartet and I perform regularly with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, and play sessions in the Los Angeles recording studios as well. I was also the Concertmaster of the Pantages Theater in Hollywood for 19 years.
I teach all levels of players from beginning to advanced. All ages and all walks of life are welcome. I will customize your lessons to what your desires are in music. If you're an adult looking to enjoy the instrument more or you're a student looking to become a professional musician...I am flexible with how I work with each and every student.
