My name is Chef Sharkes with "Agrícola Culinary Academy ". We specialize in Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal produce. We would like to provide unique ingredients and the kind of food that will be elevated with technique and presentation to my guests. We aim to create sustainable food and change per season.

I have over 40 years of cooking experience and teach cooking classes with over 3,000 students for the past 30 years. I love to travel and like to try all kinds of cuisine. I appreciated the food and culture, I'm inspired to create some unique and tasteful dishes that you may not be to try in the restaurant.

    Chef Nader has brought so much to our college and students through the culinary arts program. He has really developed a well rounded program that includes introducing student services and resources to his students and opportunities to travel abroad to hone their cooking skills. And his creativity has kept the campus engaged with the program and students throughout the years.     Hi Chef,
    I want to thank you for such a wonderful class on Thursday. I had never cooked beans that were ready so fast. I guess soaking them overnight does it!
    I have never made salad dressing from scratch and it I will try to make my favorite, blue cheese dressing.
