I enjoy cooking and my creative side of being in the kitchen. I do catering for friends and get repeat business. They seems too love my menus and let me be creative my own menus.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will travel to location and teach basic skills. And will be able to teach new students all sorts of new kitchen basics. I feel they will be very satisfied with how I will teach them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self taught and very well skilled in the kitchen. I cook all the time and do small catering for friends. I have become very confident in the kitchen & feel I very knowledgeable about teaching new students basis & beyond. Love cooking & always making new menus.
