Karreno's Kitchen
About
I've always been passionate about food and have started cooking professionally the last 3 years. I'm currently in the process of writing a cookbook and share my recipes with the rest of the world on my website and Instagram page. Check out @karrenoskitchen on Instagram and www.karrenoskitchen.com.
In many cases the process of preparation can be daunting, but it can also be fun. I turn on the music, sing, and drink a glass of wine . Everything else falls into it's own place.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We would connect either by phone or via email. I usually respond within 24 hours (most of the time within a few hours). After deciding on a date and place, we schedule time and the dishes that students want to prepare. We also have pre-selected courses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cooking for over 10 years, and have been doing it professionally for the past 3 years as a caterer and as an instructor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies due to nature every dish. Generally, it costs anywhere from $75 - $150 per hour depending on the complexity of the dish
How did you get started teaching?
The first class I taught was a sushi making class to my friends. That's when I knew that teaching was a calling.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students of various backgrounds and cooking levels, as well as dietary needs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Cooking is about enjoying yourself and having fun. If you're looking to learn while enjoying yourself, I'm the right person to work with. (I also give complimentary food photography tips)
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Before you start asking questions, think about what you want to learn and be open to other opportunities. Most instructors are flexible and will work with your needs and teach you the best approach.
