What was a frugal eating habit developed into my passion for cooking that turned into a career as a chef. I have worked in many different highly acclaimed restaurants in many different cities. I have been apart of teams that have won several Michelin stars. I offer a high end private chef experience from lunches to exclusive dinner parties as well cooking classes and meal prep. I have experience in a broad range of cusines but highly concentrated in French, mediteranean and Japanese cooking. I have experience in Southeastern asian, mexican and middle eastern cuisines.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a converation with the student identifying goals and what skills they would life to learn. I then develop a course guideline that lists those topic and teaches said skills. I travel or have student come to me and set up an interactive stationthat allows student to learn and engage in the class.
