About
My biggest passion besides performing is teaching! I am a professional singer based in Los Angeles and Mexico with three solo albums under my belt, two of which remained over six months in the "Top 5" jazz-world music album sales in Latin America. I studied voice, theory and piano at the reknowned Eastman School of Music in New York, and also studied Musical Theater at New York University.
My goal as your teacher is to embrace your personal goals, experience and ability to bring out the best in YOU, while providing an enjoyable and enrichening learning experience.
In our voice lessons, we will explore vocal technique, warm-up and practice methods, song interpretation, sigh-reading, and audition preparation, among other skills.
I also offer the following:
- Beginning piano lessons, in which we will explore all the basics of this beautiful instrument and get you playing simple songs within the first few lessons!
- Spanish lessons! I am a native in English AND Spanish, with over 15 years experience tutoring and giving small group classes.
I look forward to working with you! :-)
