Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The clients call me, we have a phone conversation and I ask details about the student - Age, Adress, length of the lesson they would like to have. We schedule a time that works best for both sides and start with violin lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in "Performing Arts in Classical Violin". I've been playing and studying violin since I was 6 years old and participated in a lot of international programs as well as in home musical programs.
I have about 5 years of teaching experience for all group ages and all levels.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The prices are based on the length of the lesson and the location of the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching private lessons during my second year in the academy and just kept going on with teaching as I think learning musical instrument is a highly developing tool for general intelligence and knowledge.
I would like to mention that learning a musical instrument helps in a lot of other fields and subjects and you get to learn a whole new language - the musical language!
What types of students have you worked with?
All types.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise to start lessons and feel if the teacher and the student are a good match. It's very important to feel comfortable around your teacher and understand his/her way of teaching.
