I had been teaching for about 6 years. I love working with students who are interested in cooking. My style of teaching is focused on technique instead of the recipes. With correct technique, anyone could create their own recipes.
It is always a great and exciting feeling to watch how students improve on cooking technique and knowledge about ingredients.

Dustin is very patient and thorough with his lessons. He teaches cooking techniques and skills that can be applied to all cuisines and diet methods. I can looked at my refrigerator and cook what's available without recipes now. I also buy top ingredients and cook fresher, healthier food that tastes great. Learning cooking skills and techniques also make me a more efficient cook and reduce the time I spend in the kitchen.
